The virgin olive oil of the Domaine Comte Abbatucci
This Corsican virgin olive oil is the only such oil produced biodynamically on the island. It comes from a centuries-old family olive grove (about 700 years old), located to the south of the Domaine Abbatucci, in the Taravo Valley. It is made up of a single variety of olives: Zinzala. The harvest is random, varying from year to year.
